Naturals Pure Olive Oil

Olive oil is not only good for cooking but it can be used to help prevent and cure hair loss as most people lose hair due to presence of hormone called DTH reducing the number of hair follicle shaft. However applying pure olive oil stops the production of DTH hormones on the scalp helping to get rid of this problem. It also contains antioxidants that promotes good scalp health while reversing the damages caused by using chemical products. Directions

For Hair: Measure out a small amount of olive oil no more than a teaspoon and apply onto the dry or split ends of hair and scalp. Use as much as needed. Cover your hair with shower cap and let the oil infuse into the hair follicles for 15 minutes. Rinse the oil with warm water and shampoo the hair. Repeat this process if the oil leaves your hair greasy.

For Skin: Olive oil works well as a moisturiser without needing to add any additional ingredients - applying it directly onto your skin. From here, you can blot of any excess oil with a towel or warm cloth. Olive oil may be especially helpful after you have been exposed to the sun or suffered sunburn.
