Simply apply this before you sleep from the ends of your hair to the roots, wear a shower cap while you sleep and rinse out in the morning before shampoo for the best results.
Directions
Apply to hair working from ends to the root, allow conditioner to stay in your hair overnight. Apply shower cap for added protection. Rinse conditioner in the morning prior to shampooing.
